Welcome to Bedwas Infants School!

Welcome to our school website, I hope you find it interesting and informative, it tells you everything that you need to know about us. Bedwas Infants is a very small, friendly school that is situated in the small village of Bedwas, situated on the outskirts of Caerphilly.

We have 152 children, ages ranging from 3 – 7, they are organised into five classes. A part-time Nursery class and four other Infant classes.

As an Infants School we started the new Foundation Phase in September 2008, this has rolled out to include all of the Nursery, Reception and Year 1 children. The children are taught through active, experiential learning which is great fun for them and the teachers.

We hope to update the website regularly with our news letters and dates.

Bedwas Infants School is a very special place with a fantastic team of staff, supportive parents, interested Governors and of course wonderful children!
