You will be aware of the rapidly changing situation with regards to Coronavirus and prevention management planning.
Bedwas Infants School is in regular communication with CCBC to follow the advice of Public Health Wales to reduce the risk of COVID-19 affecting Caerphilly schools.
The latest changes to the Government advice are:

Bedwas Infants School will continue to liaise with CCBC and will respond to any updated information.

Please alert our Pupil Reception team immediately if you have changed any contact details.
Staff in school are also preparing to utilise the purple mash online platforms to share resources with students in the event of partial or full closure or if a student is unable to attend. Please make sure that the log in details sent home yesterday work.

This guidance is very clear about the current circumstances when a student should attend school or self-isolate. The guidance also sets out the different scenarios for when a student should or should not attend school. Please report all absences to the school, including the context.

School Trips/Overseas Travel
All school trips will be postponed and will be reviewed weekly.
The school will communicate with parents again on Monday 16th March. If any guidance changes in the meantime, we will utilise the channels of communication outlined above.
